During Project:

Participate in the DCS configuration and commission of OTS, complete the OTS training and certified. 參與OTS的DCS配置和調(diào)試，完成OTS培訓(xùn)和認(rèn)證
Facilitate field operation inspection during construction and system hand over according to project schedule。 根據(jù)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度，協(xié)助現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工操作檢查和系統(tǒng)移交
Facilitate control loop testing and interlock system testing according to the project schedule. 根據(jù)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度，促進(jìn)控制回路測(cè)試和聯(lián)鎖系統(tǒng)測(cè)試

During Normal Operation after Project:

Basic knowledge on DCS system configuration and logic, understand how to insure the control program running as design. 基本了解DCS系統(tǒng)配置和邏輯，了解如何確保控制程序按設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)行。
Ensure all Performance Gap and troubleshooting is captured in the logbook and Shift log. Participate preliminary root cause analysis of PGR (performance gap report) and discuss with engineers. 確保所有性能差異和故障排除都記錄在日志中。參與PGR（性能差距報(bào)告）的初步根本原因分析，并與工程師討論。
Detect process abnormality and equipment abnormality and organize field technician initiate appropriate actions to ensure the reliability. 檢測(cè)工藝異常和設(shè)備異常，組織現(xiàn)場(chǎng)技術(shù)人員采取適當(dāng)措施，確?？煽啃?

Able to retrieve SIS data to check on alarms and interlock trigged. Knows the Hazard protected by the Interlock. Knows the requirement to bypass Interlock. 能夠檢索SIS數(shù)據(jù)，檢查警報(bào)和聯(lián)鎖觸發(fā)。知道聯(lián)鎖保護(hù)的危險(xiǎn)。知道旁路聯(lián)鎖的要求。
Respond quickly and properly in time of emergencies. 遇到緊急情況快速正確響應(yīng)

Technical Skills & Competencies
High EHS standard in a chemical plant and able to hold accountability of EHS standard Knowledge of unit operations & processes Knowledge of DCS system Basic knowledge of common devices in chemical plant (pump, compressor, FF…)
Familiar with P&ID drawings and field equipment/instrument types. Analytical and troubleshooting skill Knowledge on Interlock Logic Drawing/Interlock matrix Ability to access and interpret SIS system information. Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in a team environment; committed to safety and environmental compliance excellence.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years work experience (2 years for bachelor) in a chemical, polymer plant or oil refinery.
Minimum of 2 years work experience (1 years for bachelor) in DCS Operating. Experience in HCN or similar high hazard chemical plants is an advantage. Experience in construction/commission/start-up for a new project is an advantage
Education: Chemical industry related Secondary Technical School degree or above. College or bachelor undergraduate preferred.
Language Needed: Basic English communication skills is a plus
