§ Experience in tering and freight trading 6 years of applicable experience in Oil and Gas Cargo ops CRUDE OIL/alternatively LPG
§ Fluency in English is required
§ Connection in Guangdong terminal is a privilege

Work Activities
Planning
· Pre-planning of hiring independent inspectors & ships operation agents
· Cooperation with Trade team to plan voyage and trade route
· Provision and management of storages
Executing
· Appoint independent inspectors and ships agents
· Ensuring that all cargo obligations arising the contract/ter party are carried out, and that any necessary requirements are complied with
· Coordinate with cargo and freight counter-parties, terminals, vessels, Agent, third Party surveyor on a regular basis for all post-deal activities
· Liaise on ship owner for smooth operations, avoid supply disruption and minimize demurrage cost
· Updating commercial team/ship management about cargo operation activity
· Acting according to commercial team plans
· Coordinate & Manage storages
· Make vessel nominations, voyage orders
Controlling
· Responsible for all aspects of trade i.e. customs, Import, Export, where applicable
· Monitor fleet voyages, time and Voyage, terminal management
· Ensure that all operational information and documents are entered into internal information systems in timely manner
· Controlling Agents and third parties Related Processes
· Trade, Cargo operations, storage management, ship operation
